This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Datisy, Inc. By creating a Datisy web account, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer you agree to be bound by (A) these Terms and Conditions of Use, (B) our Privacy Policy, Safety Tips, and Community Guidelines. 

1. Eligibility:-

You are not authorized to create an account or access or use the Service or systems it resides on unless all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not a person who is barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

2. Your Account:-

To use Datisy, you may sign in using several ways, including by Facebook login, email login, and mobile number login. If you choose to use your Facebook login, you authorize us to access and use certain Facebook account information, including but not limited to your public Facebook profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials you use to sign up for Datisy, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please contact us immediately.

3. Safety: – You’re Interactions with Other Members.

Datisy is not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off of the Service. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other members, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person. Datisy may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal or unauthorized uses of the Service, including termination of your account.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE DATISY WEBSITE DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS MEMBERS OR OTHERWISE INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS MEMBERS. 

4. Rights you Grant Datisy:-

By creating an account, you grant Datisy a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify and distribute the information you authorize us to access from third parties such as Face book, as well as any information you post, upload, display or otherwise make available on the Service or transmit to other members (collectively, “Content”).

5. Behavior:-

We are a very diverse community. This means that you must respect other people’s beliefs, interests, and property while using Datisy. We have a strict stance against rude, hate speech, abusive behaviour, Violations, and Harassment. You should behave on Datisy just like you would in real life. Additionally, we encourage all users to report anyone who does not comply with this Code of Conduct. As a community rooted in kindness and respect, we expect all users to respect each other, themselves, and her Team Datisy.

6. Send Original Message to Connections:-

• We strongly recommend not copying and pasting the same message across all connections.
• We encourage our users to read profiles to learn about other people’s interests and to send appropriate and relevant messages about each game.
• We promise that this will increase the chances of an interesting conversation.
• Don’t Pretend To Be Someone You’re Not
• As discussed above, don’t post photos that don’t belong to you.
• No porn material.

7. Datisy Photo Guidelines:-

The copyright is very meaningful to us.

• If you do not own the rights to your photo, do not post it.
• Respect for All Users.
• Only Upload Your Pictures.

• Not just children. Must be in a photo with an adult and fully clothed.
• No indoor bikini/swimsuit photos.
• Do not photo in underwear.
• Topless underwear is prohibited.
• Faces must be visible in every photo.
• No watermarks or overlay text.
• Graphic hunting photos are also not allowed.

8. Do Not Do Any Illegal on Our Platform:-

Illegal activities are not tolerated on Datisy. This may result in being restricted and banned from accessing our website or being reported to the authorities.

9. No Soliciting:-

Datisy isn’t there to sell stuff. Any attempt to use it as a marketplace will be banned.

• No Kids on Their Own, They Need To Be In The Photo With An Adult & Fully Clothed
• Since Datisy is 18+, we do not allow children to be alone in photos on behalf of parents.
• We have a team of moderators to monitor and review accounts and messages for content that specify violations of these policies and terms. You will be warned if you do not follow these guidelines (unless, at our discretion, our team decides to block, delete or limit your access without warning). Ignoring these warnings risks losing your account. These guidelines are intended to make Datisy a friendly and safe place for everyone.

10 . No Harassment of Datisy Employees or Partners:-

 You will not harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any Datisy employees, web content, or images Partners engaged in providing you with any portion of the Services.

11. Social Media:- We may provide you with the option to connect your Datisy account to your account on some social networking websites (such as via Continue with Facebook and Google) to log in, upload information or enable certain features on the Service. When enabling this feature, we will disclose to you the information we collect from the connected website, and will use such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy. By connecting your Datisy account to your account on any social networking website, you hereby consent to the continuous release of information about you to Datisy. We will not send any of your Datisy account information to the connected social networking website without first disclosing that to you. Each social network may further allow you to set privacy controls around your information there. The system and Datisy’s collection of information will always follow such controls and permissions. This feature is subject to continuous change and improvement by us and each social networking website involved, and therefore the available features and shared information are subject to change by the terms of this Agreement, and the terms of use of the relevant social networking site.

12. No Use of Confidential Information:- 

You will not post, copy, modify, transmit, disclose, show in public, create any derivative works from, distribute, make commercial use of, or reproduce in any way any (A) Confidential Information or (B) other copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information accessible via the Services, without first obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

13. No Contact Information:-You agree that you will not post any full name, phone number, address, email address, personal website address or third-party profile page, or other contact information in the profile section of the Singles Service that will be made available to other Registered Members. At your discretion, you may exchange such information when you reach the direct communication phase with your matches.

14. Right to Access, Delete, Correct & Update Your Personal Information:-

Datisy provides users with the following options to access, correct & update, or delete information previously submitted to us. Datisy requires our customer care team to process some personal information updates (such as date of birth, email, contact number and Display name changes) for verification purposes and to protect other members. To make such personal information updates, please contact support@datisy.com for further assistance.
